The worst SSI representation I've experienced. Mrs. Dillard's was very rude and negative on several occasions which made me feel very uncomfortable at times. She was also very deflective, or evasive and she never really disclose that she wasn't an actual SSI attorney, but an advocate for SSI. There were also some instances were she would get argumentative for no apparent reason, other than frustration and acted highly unprofessional by doing so. In closure, I would never refer Mrs. Dillard's to anyone.
