The team at Dillard Law is truly amazing. They are available, attentive, responsive, patient and thorough. I have worked with a lot of law firms in North Georgia and there are some good ones, but I can't think of any that I would trust and rely upon with more confidence that these folks. It's pretty rare to find such a unique combination of professionalism and personability. Cheryl Dillard is setting the bar very high for real estate closing attorneys in North Georgia.
Was very difficult and slow to schedule the closing and not a flexible process to get documentation complete. When I followed up to ensure documentation was complete, I was told to stop following up? The actual closing went fine, though
