Reached out to them, kept getting put off. We called and called and never heard back. Finally got a call that our issue would be handled and we would get a call back within the week. Exceptional group of friendly professionals and very reasonable rates. The offices are clean, warm and inviting. I could not be more satisfied, and my whole family now uses Dignity Tax Service. It is very rare nowadays to find a business that puts so much effort into customer service.
Used them for the first time this year, the accountant I used retired without notice. They were professional, quick and communicated well. Will used them again!
