Excellent service friendly staff and I feel safe most of time, would recommend, just tell them what you need and they will try and accommodate you 🥰 they work all holidays even bank holidays night and day and overnight if needed, I will be sad when I have to leave them to go into a home which iam not looking forward to

Clearly a money spinning machine. No dignity at all! Some lovely individual staff but the company and management are absolutely appalling. My beloved grandad was at home on palliative care with my frail and hard of hearing nanna at his side. Dignity In Life were brought in, funded by CHC (I suppose they must have won the contract on price). First night - a male 'carer' was sent who spoke NO English.
