DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! We hired Michael (the owner) to install a stainless steel backsplash, which we paid for in full. Unfortunately, after installation, he scratched the stainless tiles badly by wiping them with a dirty rag. The scratches were deep enough to catch a fingernail. Michael told my husband he would return to replace the damaged tiles, but despite many calls and messages over several months, he never followed through or set a date. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this business. The owner, Mike Digirolamo, does not operate with honesty or integrity. I personally provided a professional service (a full website project) for this tile store, which Mike ordered and agreed to pay for. However, once the work was completed and delivered, he simply refused to pay. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
