I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience with John was. I feel like he could fix and work on any kind of vintage to current camera When I was there, he was working on a black magic , he helped me in the past with GoPro today. He helped me work on my Insta 360 ace pro two camera. … Because he’s such a legend, I drive three hours to get to his shop. He is wonderful amazing kind, and a pleasure to do business with. 5 stars isn’t nearly enough. John did an amazing and thoughtful fix up of my late brother’s beat up, out-of-date canon point and shoot. Super responsive, and he went above and beyond helping me repair this camera’s flash and screen. It’s clear how skilled and knowledgeable this shop is with cameras. For the quality and care, well worth the drive to and from Pasadena. Also a great little collection of different cameras here.
As long as John is still in business, my camera and gear will go to him for service and repair. I've used Digitech for about 15 years with zero issues. John is honest and very fair. He doesn't attempt to hussle you out of money. I have recommended him to a few other photographers and they feel the same. I've even bought a lens from him which he cleans and tunes up at no charge since I bought it from him. Highle recommended.
