No words. Ohannes is absolutely my new camera lens repair guy for years to come. PERIOD! He saved me hundreds with an honest answer of what was worth repairing and what was not, showed me the mechanism failing point in person, and even offered to clean my sensor on the house. I simply cannot express how simple and helpful my experience here has been. John was more than kind and knowledgeable to my cameras issues and he was very very fast to fix the issues that I had presented to him. I am forever grateful for their experience in the industry and I will always make the drive to Pasadena to get my gear fixed here.
My first visit today and Ohannes was very kind and efficient. I arrived near closing time and there was a rush of customers picking up their gear. All of them seemed happy with his service and that speaks for itself. I will definitely return as needed.
A little while back I sent John my Canonet 28 because something was off and wasnt working with a new battery. So he took a dig through it and it just ended up being my battery was the wrong one, but he had the correct one so he threw it in and sent me back my camera, charged me for the battery only and didnt even want to charge me to ship my camera back. Super stand-up guy! Thank you again John!
I had excellent service here! I had an older model digital camera that seemingly stopped working out of nowhere. As soon as I walked in, John provided me with top customer care and disclosed that due to the age of the camera, certain parts may not be able to be fixed. John then managed to diagnose the issue in a timely manner, update me constantly through phone call, and make my camera functional again!
