The only reason I gave it a one-star is because it says the number is not valid on the website. Just to let everybody know who tries to call don't bother wasting your time cuz their number is not valid for some reason
My husband "won" tax service through a local radio auction. We met and left all our paperwork with him at the beginning of April. I'm a travel nurse and he didn't get back to me before I left for my next assignment but said he would send me info so I could e-sign it. He never did and he eventually stopped answering our voice mails and texts. He didn't return our paperwork either. BEWARE!!
Highly advise not to use this service. Very poor communication. I filed my taxes with him in February and he did not send them to the IRS until the last day of March.
