Failed at providing even basic customer service. Always ignoring emails and dodging calls. Staff seemed indifferent and untrained. Clearly no respect for clients’ time or money. Incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Services advertised were never delivered. Total lack of accountability across the board. Stay far away from this disaster of a company.
They used to be something, but the current Maxar company tried to violate my rights. I don't recommend them anymore.
