Kept my computer for a year for me to have to keep calling to get an update because I was told the piece they needed was on back order however they were friendly and gave me a discount for the inconvenience store was clean and they were very helpful
Some guy “fixed” my phone but the screen display was always dimming and just wasn’t as solid as before. I called the store to discuss what was happening and the guy said I had to order the back of my phone to fix that to fully stop that problem. I said ok I was going to come back to get the back fixed. 2 weeks later broke again from me setting it on my desk a little rough and the original guy wasn’t there but the manager and someone else was there and refused to fix it under the 30 day warranty.
