I was told by Jon Drake that I was preapproved for both FHA and Conventional and I spend close to 2 months driving around looking at houses wasting the time and gas of me, my other half and my realtor, to finally get on contract for a house to then be told by this company that - oh yeah we can't get you financed, even though they sent out about 20 pre approval letters with my offers.
