Shady, shady, shady. They claim to be a debt collector for Comcast, but nothing appears consistent with a real business. Even their website is shady - for example, there is a form page which appears typical - but hidden in the code is about 14 links to Russian websites, suspiciously below the "submit" button - click "view source" to see for yourself.
