Do not hire this company. Scott's team made serious errors during the install of our permanent light system which caused major damage to our building. Before the install, I was extremely clear not to drill into our capstones, yet on Day 1, he sent over his unsupervised worker who completely disregarded the direction and drilled into our masonry capstone in error. I hired this company to install Everlights, and it has been a disappointing experience from the start. Since the installation, I’ve encountered multiple issues, and now that Scott is no longer a dealer, he refuses to address any of them—despite previously assuring me that he would provide ongoing service, including replacing burnt-out bulbs.
