I was so pleased with the kind, caring staff. Their help made deciding on a Hearing Aid a well informed choice!
Made me feel calm and relaxed .explained things thoroughly and i can now hear again .
Be sure you get the total breakdown before you make an appointment. I needed my hearing aids adjusted and was told I needed a hearing test. I had my ENT do one in Feb. But Digital had to do their own. I was told the cost was $100. So they did the hearing test and adjusted my hearing aids. When I went to pay, I was told the bill was $367.14. I asked why. She sait it was all broken down. That is a far cry from $100! AND if I needed an adjustment again, I would be charged $85. This is fraud. I was not told that up front or I wo... read more
