Absolutely the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I went into the DCU branch simply to deposit a check, and instead of being helped, I was met with hostility. The manager, JANET PARMAR, came out with an aggressive attitude right from the start. When I didn’t just quietly accept her behavior, she escalated the situation even further.
