Policies are ever more complicated and adding more and more inconvenience rather then benefits. Visiting to do any kind of banking is as uncomfortable as pulling teeth, as loan officers and middle management make you feel you're there to commit fraud or do something bad, and they are on to you, not on their watch!! The whole organization need to be shaken from the top down. the degradation in service and quality over the years is so obvious.
