One Star is about 9 stars too many. I have banked with Digital Federal Credit Union for over 8 years, Personal Accounts, Business Accounts, and Auto Loans. In the last 3 months, customer service is horrible can't seem to get an answer or help in resolving issues. Time to close all my accounts an move on. Beware, before doing business with this institution.
Run as far away as you can. This credit union has gone under the drain. I was member for 15+ years. Customer service is horrible , you have to wait 2 hrs to even talk to some one . Apply for a loan, they will take ages to look at it, finally you get pissed off and go elsewhere.
