Great customer service and nice dog!
The guy was friendly and the store was clean, repair went well, at first. A few weeks later my phone got damp, no big deal it's water resistant, wake up to find a dead screen but still makes sounds and everything. So I contact the business and he got immediately defensive with me, the friendliness before took a hard right turn and he hit 5th gear on "Not My Problem" street right away, only then informing me he noticed my phone frame was bent during the repair and it would not guarantee a seal....This was new to my knowledge ... read more
The employee was very knowledgeable and able to fix my problem. Very nice too
