Terrible customer service on the phone, the people know nothing, asked to speak to a manager, none available. Days one would call me back within 72 hours, no one did.

Worst bank ever , never use them , there customer support and financial team suck, I'm CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND I RECOMMEND, going through any other bank than them , I was expecting a payment today and they never sent it and now there saying I'll get it next weekend. TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

Plastk has 7,000 customers across Canada. Go Public spoke to a dozen — hundreds more have posted complaints online — who say they too are out hundreds or thousands of dollars. I had lost my D C credit card , got home from work phoned them , told them i lost my card , the operator got all my information , cancelled my card , recommended that all i have to is visit any H & R branch and they"ll give me a new card
