Terrible experience, one star given because I had to. First order, flies came missing eyes, poorly packaged, and a couple flies just looked terrible. Steve (President) wanted me to send pictures of these issues due to the fact that he didn't believe me I guess. I told him to forget it because it wasn't worth my time. I submitted the review because it was quick and easy and I just wanted to be honest. So he sent me out the replacement flies... to me it was a total waste of my time. I have now made 4 orders for fishing flies from reelflies.ca and have loved every fly. The pricing is unmatched by any competitor and the quality has consistently exceeded my expectations. I do love to tie my own flies, but when Dry Fly's cost $0.75 it is hard to even consider spending hours making them myself. I have spoken to a number of the employees and had a positive experience each time; they even gave me a few of their new patterns to try out, with great success I might add!
