Our entire experience with Digital AutoFI has been Absolutely Awful. The team (multiple people) at Digital AutoFi has dropped the ball consistently, sending our paperwork to incorrect addresses, making mistakes repeatedly on the contract, not returning calls, and generally making the car buying experience horrible. They put you through a ton of hoops but can't be bothered to follow up on their own action items. Nolan was extremely helpful along with very knowledge with my processing.
It was a great pleasure doing business with Digital AutoFi. Tamatha, Nolan and Presley were great working with and I especially liked how they went to bat for me to get items taken care of during registration. I’ve never bought a vehicle out of state, so the registration process is different then in state. The process was a little time consuming, but that was mostly because of DMV regulations. I would definitely recommend Digital AutoFi, they are honest and down-to-earth with their customers.
I recently worked with Digital AutoFI during my car buying process and had a fantastic experience. Everyone I spoke with was very personable, they were always willing to answer my questions, and communicated very well throughout the entire process. They were also all car lovers which made the whole experience more enjoyable! I would 100% recommend them to anyone I know who’s looking to purchase a car.
