Horrific bookkeeping services. Backlog of tidying up for our new bookkeepers once we decided to make the switch. A plethora of unclaimed expenses and unclaimed GST. Once we announce to digit we would be changing bookkeepers they went cold on and stopped replying to emails or took a their sweet time to come back with some halfhearted response. Funny thing is the new bookkeepers charge the same few and are twice as proactive as this mob but aren’t offshoring. Thanks but no thanks Beware before engaging digit. Cheers
