The tracking system is totally wrong. I had to ask for one both times that I shipped my computers. The number was 32 numerals and the manager stated in email it was all worked out.. She never did get it figured out until I finally did the tracking completely myself. The owner owns both Tooele and Grantsville stores. She was eager to not let me talk and was argumentive. She actually argued. Take my advice and go to UPS or USPS to ship. They care about the customers.
