Terrible customer service. Purchased a couch last winter (expensive). When the movers came to bring it in the house they damaged the trim around my front door. I had just gotten my entire siding and trim done. When I called and told diggs about it they did nothing and said it wasn’t their fault. Unacceptable for what they are charging
I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at Diggs & Dwellings in Sudbury, and I feel compelled to warn others. I visited the store multiple times over the past two weeks to look at a bed. During one of my visits, a sales associate confirmed the price and told me that if I needed time to decide, I could return within a week and purchase it at that same price.
