Terrible customer service. Purchased a couch last winter (expensive). When the movers came to bring it in the house they damaged the trim around my front door. I had just gotten my entire siding and trim done. When I called and told diggs about it they did nothing and said it wasn’t their fault. Unacceptable for what they are charging

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at Diggs & Dwellings in Sudbury, and I feel compelled to warn others. I visited the store multiple times over the past two weeks to look at a bed. During one of my visits, a sales associate confirmed the price and told me that if I needed time to decide, I could return within a week and purchase it at that same price. The customer was amazing the lady that served my father she was so friendly I would highly recommend shopping at diggs and dwelling the furniture it’s absolutely beautiful it’s expensive but it’s great quality and it’s worth it

If I could give this whole experience a zero, I would. Upon delivery mechanism was faulty, reclining button faulty, material in the back puckered, none of the pieces line up along the bottom, headrests are faulty. They won't adjust unless seat is in complete upright position. Four months later and these issues are not rectified after numerous emails back and forth as well as dealing with Palliser directly.
