Have bought multiple pieces from this store over the years, both for my home and for my business. An issue with an adjustable table that was defective was resolved 100% to my satisfaction. A faulty recliner mechanism in my Stressless sectional sofa was to be repaired but after 18 months of emails and a few broken promises, the expensive sectional remains broken with no resolution from the vendor. Extremely disappointed for the price paid.
Terrible customer service. Purchased a couch last winter (expensive). When the movers came to bring it in the house they damaged the trim around my front door. I had just gotten my entire siding and trim done. When I called and told diggs about it they did nothing and said it wasn’t their fault. Unacceptable for what they are charging
