Diggity was always an amazing, welcoming place where I knew my dog was well cared for. The new owners removed amazing staff without notice. The amazing staff is what made Diggity great. I'm very disappointed to see what's happening. I will be looking for a new daycare. If they treat their staff like this, I can only imagine how they treat our dogs. Also, the new owners cannot take accountability. They are very familiar with the block button.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Diggity Dog Daycare & Resort. From the moment you walk through the doors, it's clear that every member of their team genuinely loves and cares for the dogs in their care. They don't treat your pup like just another customer. They treat them like family. One of the things I appreciate most is the peace of mind they provide. I have been taking my dogs to Diggity for 14 years. Recently a change of ownership happened and they fired long time employees with no warning to the employees and no communication to clients. If they are OK letting go of great longterm employees, how can I expect them to really care about my dog? They also blocked me off their FB page when asking this as well. Really sad all around and the end of an era.
I used to love this place, I always knew my dog was safe and well taken care of, like family. However the new owners have managed to ruin everything in the short amount of time they have been here. They fired a long time employee of 12 years whom EVERYONE loved. They fire great employees and then have the gall to look for new ones the next day.
