This should be a zero star review for the disgusting experience had Friday 27th June 2025. Yes I know when this company replies I won’t be able to reply again (as seen by other one star reviews) but everyone needs to know. We booked a secure booking using their booking app Wednesday 25th to collect our daughter and drop her home. Confirmation came through so all good. (Yes a screenshot was taken).
