Brought a sweater without stains just to dry clean and was completely ruined. Came back just to hear that “the stain was already there.” Don’t waste your money or time.
They messed up two of my boyfriends shirts. They never messed anything of mine up, but we wont be back. Can't take any chances 🤷🏾♀️
I wasn't happy with the ironing done on an embroidered dress shirt with snaps. These areas were very creased and puckered. I had to iron it out at home to get rid of all the creases. I am surprised they allowed the shirt to go out to customer looking this bad. I really want to support local business but will never go there again as the owner argued, made excuses and then walked away.
