Dont waste your time or money. To be diagnosed is $600, with that you basically get nothing. Documentation of the diagnosis needs to be asked for. The np Julie Bisson barely keeps track. Shes always confused, apparently taking time before your appointments to know what clients youre seeing its too much. She doesnt know much about anything other than adhd and anxiety so look forward to a misdiagnosis ...im Audhd not adhd with anxiety. I paid for forms for cra and she still hasnt answered them as they are trying to contact her... read more
This company is completely unprofessional. I had Julie Bisson as a nurse practitioner, and despite her credentials, she does not know how to communicate effectively with patients. She consistently refilled my prescriptions late, charged an absurd amount for only 20-minute appointments, and rushed me every single time. Reaching them for medication refills was a nightmare—they’re only available on Fridays and rarely respond unless I repeatedly contact the supervisor.
