Best car rental experience ever! They paid for and scheduled a taxi pick up/drop off to the airport and had amazing communication. Texts and instructions were easy to follow. The car was immaculate and clean (and I'm excited to say we turned it back in with a lot of mud on it). I was excited to be able to see a lot of Kauai on 4x4 roads. It made the experience all that more memorable and fun. This was the ultimate Kauai experience.

I had an outstanding experience with Diff rentals in Kauai. From start to finish, the communication was seamless — they were incredibly responsive, and being able to text with them made everything so easy. Every question I had was answered quickly, which really set them apart from other companies. The vehicle itself was fantastic and gave me the chance to explore the island in ways that traditional rentals simply don’t allow. We rented a Jeep from Diff and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. All the paperwork was taken care of online ahead of time. They sent a driver to pick us up at the airport to take us to pick up the jeep and and a driver to take us back to the airport after returning the vehicle. The rental rate was slightly lower than other rental agencies in the area. Our Jeep was in great condition, we had no problems whatsoever. We would definitely rent from them again.
