The Doc explains in detail the process on why it has to be done a certain way. The way i see it, thats is complete customer service at its finest.
Great optical shop with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a very good selection of frames to fit all styles. The turnaround for a pair of glasses was one week. Cliff did a great job making sure my glasses fit correctly after they were ready.
