They always tell you to get the app when you need them to do anything for you. Last time I checked it was part of your job to help customers. The town provides them with a lot of money and seems they forget that. Especially with how rude they are.
Staff is rude and no one ever knows what's going on. Their website is completely dysfunctional, so you get stuck paying for E statements each month. They have a horrible chip maker resulting in cards constantly having reading issues and takes forever to even get your card made. I had an issue and they dealt with it by lying to me about where my money was and still sent me a check days later. They don't care about their customers. Would not recommend
