Cannot say enough kind words about the Newton branch of Dieterich Bank! The staff is always kind, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to provide the highest customer service. The staff at this bank are far more than just your normal bankers, they treat you like family! Dieterich Bank in general as a bank has been fantastic to work with and they offer some of the best rates around for CDs and interest earning checking accounts. Highly recommend and encourage anyone to bank with them!
Conveniently changed thier policy's and didn't notify me of said change and now are holding a man's pay check for 24hrs when he has bills to pay that are due today so now I'm going to get a late fee on top of current bills. I've used this bank for the past 7 years it's a shame so needless to say they will not be having my business anymore
A great place to do banking!!, The girls at the Newton Branch always greet you with a friendly smile and call you by name! The deliver quick customer service! And will go out of their way to help in their off hours!! Great people!
