Good hometown Bank with local people.
If I could give zero here I would... we opened a bank account for our 16 year old daughter.. she fell to fraudulent scam online... asked bank to help.. they left us hang for 3 days before we went to talk to them finally out of just needing closure... The office team were rude and not allowing us to talk .. threatened us that we need to stay calm as we were calm just upset.(no yelling etc) just clearly aggravated asking why and how they let it happen .. in the end the implication they left was that we were aware before we rea... read more
