I really love the program itself and the friendly, motivational and extremely supportive coaches who truly understand what is needed to be healthy and successful when on your weight loss journey and with maintaining your goal weight once reached. Sherry and the coaches are absolutely wonderful!!!
I love The Diet Mentor in Hamburg!! I've struggled with my weight for a long time and have done every weight loss fad you can think of. I've been on too many weight loss programs to mention. Diet Mentor is the first one that I got to my goal so fast. 5 weeks!! I feel more confident and have gained back my self esteem. I feel healthier then before. This program was easy to follow for me. The money spent here would have gone to eating all the unhealthy things I've been eating in the past, instead it made me start picking healthy foods. My wife and I began the program about 12 weeks ago and have lost over 80lbs together. We feel a lot better and have less joint pain and lots more energy. Michelle our diet coach is very helpful and encouraging. Great program!
I have been at Hamburg Diet Mentor for about 6 weeks- started the diet 5 weeks ago. I'm down 11 pounds... The biggest plus for me is the accountability.
