Karen at DC is easy to talk to, funny, and makes dieting simple! I have struggled with my weight my whole life, but having Karen in my corner has truly helped!
I have tried just about everything “diet” out there but this is the first program that has made sense to me. It is easy to follow and I am able to eat regular food. Both my husband and I began the Diet Center for several reasons. I was very skeptical of diet plans; however, I decided to give it a try. I am very pleased with my results and will continue to the process. Karen has given us recipes and coach us to ensure we stay focus!!
