The program seemed easy to follow. You do get to eat. I fell off the wagon a lot but the counselors always tried to help me get myself back on track.The business went through a few personnel changes during my program and this kind of hurt the relationship I had with the center. But overall the counselors try to be as helpful as possible. A couple of them even told me to reach out them through my difficult times on their personal cells. You can't beat that!
I have lost 52 pounds on the program. The program is easy to follow, the products are tasty, and it is pretty easy to stick with. The counselors at the location have cheered me on every pound of the way and the best part to me about the program is they teach you how to keep it off.
A+ You get a personalized program just for your metabolism. I saw weight loss from the first week and the results just continued until I reached my goal. What impressed me is the staff understand nutrition and were able to answer any questions I had and help me when I had special events. The center offers accountability to help you stick with reaching your goal. I liked the weekly weigh in /check up visits.
If the Diet Center gets a hold of your phone number, WATCH OUT! They will continue to call it even after you tell them NOT to. I finally had to call their main office in Ohio and complain to them. I dont know how they got my name or number, but I am not interested.
