We made the decision to work with Dieselmatic for our Heavy Equipment Repair business a year ago. It has been a fabulous decision. Every team member we have had the opportunity to work with has gone above and beyond to ensure that our needs are being met. I appreciate that I don't have to worry about the marketing side of our business. They have us taken care of and I know I can trust that!
We’ve had a great experience with Dieselmatic! Since day one, their team has been very helpful and focused on helping our business improve and grow. They are always quick to respond, keep us updated, and let us know when they see opportunities to improve our operations. We really appreciate their support and service. So far, we are very happy with Dieselmatic and would definitely recommend them!
It’s rare for me to leave a negative review, but this is a buyers-beware review based on my experience with Dieselmatic. I’ve attached screenshots to support what I’m saying. Dieselmatic completely changed the trajectory of our business. I highly recommend this company. It took some time to truly gain momentum, but once we did, the cost was nothing compared to the benefits we have received! Love the staff too!
I want to take a moment to share my experience with Dieselmatic and John because I believe other business owners need to be very careful about what they are promised versus what they actually receive. We had previously done business with Dieselmatic, and unfortunately it did not work out. Later, John reached back out to us regarding both of our companies.
