I usually love Dierbergs. Shopping and servicing. I unfortunately ran into a "disgruntled" recieving manager while servicing. He was very unpleasant. I get having a bad day, but when asked to do something as simple as unlocking a dock door and giving nothing but attitude is unacceptable. But besides this interaction, very nice store.
