Terrible customer support. They sent me my tax return worth over $2000, and I got a return of $1000. They won't answer my calls. I am now forced to take action.
My husbands family is working on the 3rd generation going to Diemer for taxes. We have gone for many years, no problems, until now. We had an appointment and when we showed for that appointment, there was no record of it in their computer or book. I have the appointment card, but they didn't care. My tax preparation began with Ruth Diemer almost 30 years ago. Wanda, her daughter took over after Ruth. Ruth and Wanda did a fantastic job-never any problems. I moved away and mailed in my tax information and was never told Wanda had retired. Another woman called me about my tax preparation. She had questions, and never returned the call to finish the preparation after I was told she would.
