Mr. Leightner had our case over 10 years ago. Charged us 1200 a month for review of documents but couldn’t tell us what was going on with our case. Went to court and never made it in. He came out and said the judge already ruled on it against us and there was nothing we could do. We were there 30 minutes before the case time. Absolutely a fleecing. Would end a phone call of I will call you tomorrow. 30 days later would call and ask us what was going on after charging us for review of documents. Would never recommend.
He doesn't return your calls.
I would not recommend Mr Leightner. Why you ask; his legal assistant lacks communication, accountability and does not return calls in a timely matter. They seem to lack communication with each other. Everything was done last minute causing me extra money and time. Worst 1st lawyer experience. He did get the job but it was a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration that came with it.
