Dan Diederich is our attorney even though we live in Hutchinson and he is located in Salina. He is top line professional and capable. You are in good hands with Daniel Diederich, Atty.
I called him due to the passing of my mother. They had used him to do Trust Planning back in 2011. They are hours from us. I asked him what services he could offer. He described what he would do for us. I thanked and that was the last I talked him. I now have gotten an $84 bill. I guess its b/c they updated our contact information in the trust and that is it. He did nothing for us but still charging us $84. I will pay it but I fully disagree b/c he didn't do anything for us.
