I brought in a fairly messed up Sabatier. Jonathan cleaned it up, and made it sharp as all get out. Can not recommend these guys enough. I give them an 11 out of 10.
I am left handed and happy when I can purchase things that cater to that - scissors, egg beaters, oven mitts, pencil sharpeners, etc. I bought an Oxo cheese grater that they assured me was ambidextrous. I got it home and it wasn't able to crank left handed so I called them and they said it was able to be left handed. Jonathan, manager, didn't have one to see how it worked but kept saying I was wrong.
