I would really like to address Rashid Ali's review from 8 months ago. I am a lifelong resident of Dickson City. Almost 70. My parents were born and raised here as well as my 3 of my 4 grand parents. When I graduated from the local high school there were 222 kids in my graduating class and not one were black. Historically, the town has had very few black residents for whatever reason. As black man it saddens me to ride through this city and neighborhing city's and to she only white service men honored and their pictures/ posters plastered on light poles all over , how do you think that makes a young person of color feel when we already know the people in these towns don't like us making the feeling neutral...
