On a cross country bike packing tour with my wife for the past 8 weeks. We’ve been riding the Empire State Trail the last several days and began having significant mechanical issues with both bikes. We stopped at Dick’s Wheel Shop. Russ was able to fix all of our issues in just a few hours. He really knows his stuff! Great bike mechanic!! Our bikes are as good as new and we’re now able to complete our trip! Thanks Russ!
I have been by to look at their bikes 3 times within the published hours and they have been closed every time. Today was at 4 pm and was supposed to be open til 5:30 on a thursday. Guess i will visit 1 of the utica shops.
