I will NEVER shop at this store again!! My son needed cleats for football so we decided on Dicks. The customer Service is TERRIBLE. My family and I waited around for 10 minutes for assistance, that was never given. I had to request them from a kiosk, even though there was two employees present. Kayla and Jaylen sat around scrolling on there phones. Apparently we disturbed they're scrolling time, because when Jaylen finally gave us the shoes, no eye contact nothing. Terrible policy. I went to exchange shoes, given to me as a gift, that weren’t the right size. Shoes were currently on sale for $125 & they would only give me $58 and said I’d have to pay the difference…for an exact exchange, only a different size. What??? Why $58? She said it’s possible someone could have stacked coupons and promotions and only paid $58, that’s why. I politely expressed that doesn’t make any sense, I want the same ones, just a different size. Well here we go. You would think a well known sporting goods store would have knowledgeable and helpful associates. Unfortunately this is not the case at this location. The 2 sales associates we encountered appeared to be too bothered to answer questions or even acknowledge us. Unfortunately for them, they lost a sale. We instead purchased elsewhere. Excelente servicio!
This place is a rip off. We payed for nike shoes and got home to see they had marks on them so we went to take them back. They did not have another pair so we ask for our money back. They told us we can only give you part of it back due to paying with a major credit card. We told them it was outer bank card and they would not give us all our money back.
