Unprofessional staff (younger employees) Went in line to wait for unclaimed Jordan 5’s & ignorant big girl and douchey Burnette guy let multiple people cut in line (seemed like they knew em) and ignored everyone in line that complained… backdooring hype releases to people who skip the line is pathetic
I had the most incredible experience at the Gastonia Store. Victoria, the sales representative in the footwear department was unbelievable help, had all kinds of knowledge and brought tons of sneakers for me to try on. AMAZING!
