Went to buy sweat pants. Rack had one price of $34.xx checking out they said $48.xx and at the bottom of the rack sign, that style pant was not listed. To me this is false advertising and I did not buy the pants. I was also considering buying one of the more expensive coolers but the tricky pricing approach has turned me away from this store.
You better pay with cash if you’re unsure of your purchase. I paid with a Mastercard debit card but, they said they couldn’t refund my card I had to get a Dicks Card which I didn’t want because I don’t shop here often. This will be the last time I come to Dicks.
I would have spent a few hundred, but no one was interested in helping or knowing what unmarked items prices were. Spending $ elsewhere...
I paid for an item with cash and my Visa debit card. A few days later I needed to return the item and they told me they can only give me the card payment back as a Dicks sporting goods gift card. I had the reciept with me showing i paid with cash and a Visa debit card. "Teammate Zori" claimed their system has been recently updated to give card payments back as a gift card.
