I had a great experience at Dick's House of Sport, especially with Kaden. He made checkout quick and easy while still taking the time to get to know me and what I was shopping for. He explained the credit card promotion without being pushy and showed me how the Asurion Protection Plan would actually benefit my purchase. He also told me about the free YETI stickers and said, "Take as many as you want—grab some for your friends and family too, I'm all for that," which was a nice touch. Can't say enough about Tamarah and the team at DICK's this weekend! We hosted our son's 8th birthday there, and the kids had a ball at the climbing wall, batting cage, and golf simulator. Everyone was patient with the crew, Tamarah was incredibly organized and helpful, and the community room was the perfect spot for the party. Such a memorable birthday for our son, and every child walked away with a coupon to return to the climbing wall!
