Pirices are through the roof more employees then custermers everytime im there. it is what it is when you do need something . Revisted today . Sporting good for yuppies with vally girl attitudes from employees. Only sneakers they seem to have is sizes no one wears . Told me buy them online . Well no need for a brick and mortar then.
The staff at this store are always friendly and polite. They are always willing to help too! Store management goes above and beyond as well. On different occasions I've secured sponsorships for youth sports and worked out an issue with regards to an online order and both times could not have gone more smoothly.
I was in my local store buying random things for my children when I ran into the store manager (Tom I believe). Not only did he help my wife and I, he helped me with an issue I thought I would have to endure in silence. A month previously I purchased a high end pair of Brooks running shoes. They were very uncomfortable, The manager listened to me and my plight as I asked how to go about working with the manufacturer. He then traded them out and helped me pick out a new pair! Staff was rude and had comments when i asked for the sale that was being offered by signs in the store. The sale did not ring up right and did not notice until after i paid then when i went back to the register thata when the employees became rude,told to pay attention next when cashing out. VERY UN PROFESSIONAL STAFF
