Big pat on the back to the register team at Dick's. Due to passing of account holder, needed to change name, phone number and e-mail on My Score Care account. On Thursday August 10 was in-store and did this process with cashier at check out. Was back in store today--only 3 days later and the changes had entered the system. Did this same process on two other loyalty accounts and am still needing to remember old phone number, email and so forth when shopping in those locations. And this was six months ago.
