Worked with Chris Hoyt, was great at communicating initially, sent everything he asked for, he then let me know the lender I was approved for and the amount I was approved for, and was supposed to call me following day to set up terms of delivery, I text him to see when that would happen to find out that the lender "changed terms and his boss was working on fixing it" well after 3 days of waiting for a reply and not getting one, he ghosted me and never followed up. Krysta Hanson is amazing. I have never had a great car buying experience, but this experience was easy and painless! Krysta got me the car I wanted and worked hard to get a payment that was affordable. She even offered to have the car delivered at my house! Most everything was done online. I literally just had to come in take it for a test drive and sign the papers. AMAZING!
Chris was amazing to work with!! He was not high pressure and very thorough. I needed a car right away and they delivered to Boise the next day. He explained everything to me and got me into my dream car at an affordable monthly payment after I was told by a local company that I could not get into my dream car because of my situation.
