First they decreased the payout amount by $1,012 (after closing documents were signed & notarized) with no explanation. Then a day later they increased it by over $1,600 because we were prepping to take them to court. Now it's like pulling teeth to get copies of the corrected documents, which we need in order to cancel our home owners insurance. Postponed closing due to weather, but contacted me directly to apologize. Also sent a gift card for my inconvenience. Very impressed with the steps taken after the closing.
