Great experience here, high tech foot measurement, first three pairs of shoes he brought out to try were all perfect. Really nice to have service at a place were people know what they're doing.
Very disappointed in our shopping today. We were waited on by a very disinterested young lady. Did not measure foot even when asked. Just checked current shoe for size and brought out same brand. She did bring out another brand when asked. Even though Walking Store in Naperville is further, it might be worth the drive to have a better experience when looking for expensive shoes.
