I stopped in and was helped by Sam. She is amazing! Took a look at my old shoes and knew exactly what my issue was. Even took the time to check my stride and noticed an issue. Adjusted her recommendation and got me in the right shoe for my next race. Highly recommend Sam and the excellent staff here.
Allow me to argue why you can't afford to go anywhere else for athletic shoes. A structure is only as strong as its foundation. Shoes by virtue of sitting between the ground and your body constitute an external foundation. A shoe either supports (or erodes) everything from posture, stability, pressure/weight distribution, joint health and fluidity of movement.
