Beware, Martin Sports does not stand behind their products with obvious defects, or honor any kind of warranty. You may be doing business with them through a 3rd party without realizing it. Buyer beware!
A simple issue with a defective item that they shipped, and I'm treated like I'm trying to defraud them. We are talking about an $8.00 item they shipped that is obviously defective and useless. Terrible, terrible customer service! Make sure if you order something on the net it doesn't originate with Martin Sports!
I'm a private customer of a store who supplies Martin Sports products. I called the store I was shopping at to ask how much weight a Martin Sports product could bear. The store didn't know, so I called Martin Sports and they told me and had no problem helping me. Professional and polite, and looking forward to getting a hold of the sports equipment I purchased.
